PEEL PLY

PEEL PLY is a high-strength plain weave cloth with red or blue trace lines. This product has high strength after washing and heat setting, its surface is clean and pollution-free, and it has good demoulding properties. We provide the product with a rough surface free from sanding, which is easy for subsequent bonding or spray paint. It is widely used in the vacuum forming process of saturated resin and unsaturated resin.

The Mould flow media is easy to flat out, not easy to curl and fast to divide, which can help save the cost and reduce the labor intensity. lt is widely used in the vacuum infusion molding process because the economic mesh can be cut into any shape and dimension easily.

RELEASE FILM

Release film is a very clean and smooth film, which has very good mechanical properties like even transparency, low thermal shrinkage, good tensile strength and good mold release. It is widely used in the vacuum infusion.

ONE-WAY BREATHER MEMBRANE

A one-way breather membrane is a kind of NM breathable film using the special nanometer breathable materials and advanced production technology to form a high-tech gas-liquid separation film in the substrate surface. It can pass through the liquid while preventing liquid from passing through. This product is suitable for vacuum-assisted resin infusion (VARl), allowing the air to be evacuated continuously and keeping the resin from losing. It is highly recommended to be used in the one-way breathable film in the blade productive process.

AIR EXHAUST BAG

Air exhaust bag is a combination with exhaust function. Nano-permeable membranes can effectively make the gas in the perfusion system suck in the assembly and discharge the perfusion system. At the same time, it can prevent the resin from penetrating into the assembly. The top layer is a high barrier membrane, which effectively prevents the gas from leaking from the top layer. In the middle, the net and cloth are used to guide air conveniently. This product is suitable for vacuum pouring process. It can extract air continuously and quickly and prevent resin loss. It is especially recommended to be used in the blade production process.
